Beter door fouten maken

Alina Tugend heeft en boek geschreven Better by Mistake over het maken van fouten en hoe dat bijdraagt tot beter handelen en betere resultaten. Tugend is een journalist en daardoor is dit een ‘well researched’ boek dat ook nog heel leesbaar is.

Tugend omschrijft het startpunt van haar onderzoek als volgt: “It explores the tension between the fact we’re taught when young that we learn from mistakes, but the reality is that most of us hate and dread them. I sought to find out what creates that tension, and how we can return to and internalize the lesson from kindergarten—that mistakes help us because we learn from them.
